As the 35th National Day for Disabled Help, the State Council's Disabled Persons Work Committee, in conjunction with 15 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, recently issued a notice to deploy various forms of day-to-day activities for the disabled to promote all sectors of society to care for the disabled.
