On October 15, Shandong Chunguang Technology Group’s 2025 Staff Sports Meeting officially ended with warm cheers. With the theme of 'Gathering together for the future,' this sports meeting included seven major events: badminton, shuttlecock, fixed-point shooting, chess, egg-breaking, rope skipping, and table tennis. It attracted nearly 248 employees from various subsidiaries and departments to actively participate, and became a vivid window to show the cohesion of the company.

Opening Ceremony: Concentrate and start the journey

At the opening ceremony, Ming Yongqing, deputy general manager of the group, emphasized: 'The sports meeting is an important carrier of corporate culture. It not only allows employees to release stress in competition, but also exercises the hard-core strength of teamwork.' The referee representatives solemnly swore to 'fairly enforce the referee and fulfill their duties', while the athlete representatives expressed their stance of 'striving for the first, friendship first', and the atmosphere was warm and extraordinary.

Seven major events started simultaneously, with numerous highlights on the field

Physical Competition Area: The badminton arena displays a professional demeanor during the transition between offense and defense. Colored ropes fly in the rope skipping area, shuttlecock players move lightly, and cheers rise and fall in the fixed-point shooting area. Every competition demonstrates the fighting spirit of the Springfield people. 

Puzzle game area: The players at the chess table concentrate on the layout, and the partners in the egg-breaking arena cooperate tacitly. The project setting that combines dynamic and static takes into account the specialties of different employees, so that all employees can find a sense of participation. Persistence and collaboration on the field are our spiritual foundation for overcoming technical difficulties and serving customers. This sports meeting not only built a communication platform for employees, but also deeply rooted the concept of 'healthy work, happy life' in the hearts of the people. 

As the union concluded: 'When sweat soaks into the stadium, cohesion has quietly grown, and these forces will eventually be transformed into a powerful driving force for the development of the enterprise.' These are not only sportsmanship, but also the confidence for us Chunguang people to overcome work difficulties and move forward together.
